LZZG LSF Series Wet Hydraulic Classifier Successfully Tested
Our company’s newly developed product LSF series wet hydraulic classifier has been successfully tested. The feeding particle size of LSF series wet hydraulic classifier is 0.04~2mm, and the maximum hourly output reaches 300t/h. It is the current domestic new product LSF series wet hydraulic classifier independently developed and manufactured by Longzhong.
The hydraulic classifier can be used in mining, aggregate processing, piling mud, river dredging, lithium battery disassembly, coal slime sorting, photovoltaic quartz sand raw material production and processing, ceramic raw material processing, building materials raw material processing, and silica sand production. Processing, waste incineration slag treatment, fracturing sand production and processing, and various metal mine tailings treatment. It can separate fine particles according to differences in density or particle size, and can achieve fine classification of materials with particle sizes ranging from 5mm to 800 mesh.
The LSF series wet hydraulic classifier is a fine particle classification equipment (based on gravity separation) with significant advantages in capacity, adaptability and efficiency. LSF adopts a new “laminar flow high shear rate” mechanism, which is the latest fine particle gravity separation technology. Traditional technology cannot adapt to changes in feed particle size, resulting in recovery losses, while LSF has a much higher tolerance for changes in feed particle size. Therefore, it has higher recycling and classification efficiency.
