Three Types Mining Feeder

At present, the commonly used mining equipment and vibration feeders, electromagnetic vibration feeders, and plate feeders.

1. Vibrating feeder

The vibration feeder is a kind of mechanical vibration mine feeder with a coarse screening function. The vibrating feeder can evenly, regularly, and continuously feed the bulk and granular material from the storage bin to the receiving device. In the mineral processing line can be a conveyor, bucket elevator, crusher, ball mill, and other equipment continuous uniform feeding, and coarse screening of the material.

The two eccentric shafts are driven by the motor to rotate, and a huge synthetic linear excitation force is generated, so that the body is forced to vibrate on the supporting spring. The vibration of the material as the power, in the trough for sliding and throwing motion, to promote the material forward to achieve the purpose of feeding. When the material passes through the sieve on the tank, the smaller material can fall through the gap of the sieve, without the need to go through the next crushing process.

2. Electromagnetic vibration feeder

The electromagnetic vibration feeder is a new type of quantitative mine feeder. It uses an electromagnetic vibrator to drive the feeding trough to move periodically along the inclined direction to realize the feeding. In the concentrator, the electromagnetic vibration feeder can be used to quantitatively and uniformly, and continuously feed the bulk, granular, and powder materials from the silo or funnel to the receiving device. It can also be used as a viscous particle powder feeding device, automatic batching, and automatic processing automation.

3. Plate-type feeder

The working principle of plate type feeder is the reciprocating movement of the eccentric mechanism connecting the rod of the motor, so that the ratchet to push the paw drives the active sprocket rotation, supporting the chain plate for intermittent movement, so as to achieve the purpose of feeding. Plate feeder is usually divided into heavy, medium and light plate feeder.

Heavy duty plate feeder is suitable for short-distance conveying bulk material with particle size below 1000mm.

The medium plate type feeder is suitable for short-distance conveying bulk material with particle size below 400mm.

The lightweight plate type feeder is suitable for short-distance conveying bulk material with particle size below 160mm.
